I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain balance. Together, we’ll work to reduce the weight of stress and anxiety so you can feel more in control and at peace.
Parenting is challenging, and seeking support is okay. I provide support to help parents improve communication and manage stress and family dynamics. Parenting neurodivergent children can be especially stressful. My aim is to equip you with effective tools and valuable insights for understanding behavior, developing strategies, and enhancing family dynamics.
