Insurance and Fees

I am an in-network provider with Aetna and Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United/Optum. Depending on the contracted rate, you will be charged your copay or coinsurance at the time of service. 

If you do not wish to file claims with your insurance, or if I am not in network with your plan, you can choose to pay privately. Rates vary on the type of service offered; see the list of services. I also offer a limited sliding scale rate. Self-pay rates are as follows:

• Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $140
• Individual Therapy (60 minutes) $180
